What You’ll Be Doing
As a “road warrior” team member, you’ll play a vital role in the success of Daavlin’s customers. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers in the field—in person with patients, onsite at clinics, and via telephone, email, text, and fax. But our field techs do more than troubleshoot equipment; they are also brand ambassadors between Daavlin and its customers. We seek compassionate, service-oriented techs to represent Daavlin’s expertise and professionalism in the field.
Essential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Extensive travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas
Provide expert and seamless delivery, installation, training, and repair service to Daavlin customers
Collaborate with the service/engineering teams to improve product quality and performance
Analyze and resolve technical issues with equipment in the field
Ensure Daavlin’s equipment in the field is calibrated and running in tip-top condition
Timely completion of all paperwork related to service activities and inventory transactions
Provide back-up for our on-premise Technical Support Team
Assist with technical training for new and existing employees (as needed)

Two-year degree or related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
